6 Delicious Candy Barks, 1 Easy Recipe!


Looking for a last minute candy to share this Holiday? Check out our 6 delicious candy barks all made from one easy recipe!


Each recipe can be custom tailored by adding a variety of ingredients and can even be coordinated with the time of year. Different colored sprinkles can be used to create one of kind creations sure to delight anyone eating this delicious bark.

Cranberry Bark & Ginger Basil Bark

Every year, my mom and I create Holiday cookie baskets for our family and friends. This year, we got together in the kitchen and created these three delicious candy barks.


For each of the recipes, you will need Vanilla and/or Chocolate candy melts. Follow the specific recipe for the variations and be sure to check out the videos for those of you that appreciate visual learning and written instructions.


Ice Cream Sundae Bark

 

This delicious bark can be eaten like candy or sprinkled on top of your favorite ice cream. Fun Fact: Maraschino cherries are cured in brine, preserved in a sugar syrup and then dyed a vivid red. That's a lot of processing for these tasty cherries!

Ingredients

  • High Quality White candy melts

  • Vanilla bean paste

  • High Quality Chocolate candy melts

  • Maraschino cherries, chopped

  • Honey roasted peanuts, chopped

  • All Natural Chocolate Jimmies/Sprinkles

  • Pearlized Jimmies/Sprinkles

  • Package up and enjoy!


Directions

  1. Melt the white candy melts. Add vanilla bean paste and stir to incorporate.

  2. Spread on parchment paper.

  3. Sprinkle generous amounts of the chopped cherries and peanuts over the white candy melts.

  4. Sprinkle chocolate and vanilla jimmies/sprinkles over the top.

  5. Melt the chocolate candy melts.

  6. Drizzle Chocolate candy melts over the top of the bark.

  7. Package up and enjoy!


Peppermint Joe Joe Bark

 

This delicious bark uses crushed up peppermint cookies for a little extra texture and crunch. It's so good and sure to be a holiday classic!

Ingredients

  • High Quality White candy melts

  • Crushed Peppermint Candy

  • Peppermint Joe Joe Cookies from Trader Joes


Directions

  1. Melt the white candy melts.

  2. Spread on parchment paper.

  3. Sprinkle generous amounts of the chopped Joe Joe cookies and peppermint candy over the white candy melts.

  4. Melt extra white chocolate candy melts.

  5. Drizzle white chocolate candy melts over the top of the bark.

  6. Package up and enjoy!


Chocolate Toffee Bark

 

Make this bark anytime of the year and feel free to swap out the toffee for other types of candy bars for variations.

Ingredients

  • High Quality White candy melts

  • Health Bar or English Toffee Bits

  • Dark Chocolate Crispy Pearls

  • White Chocolate Crispy Pearls

  • All Natural Chocolate Jimmies/Sprinkles

  • Pearlized Jimmies/Sprinkles


Directions

  1. Melt the white candy melts.

  2. Spread on parchment paper.

  3. Sprinkle generous amounts of the chopped toffee and crispy pearls over the white candy melts.

  4. Sprinkle chocolate and vanilla jimmies/sprinkles over the top.

  5. Package up and enjoy!
