Happy Fall Y'All! The season of good eats and sweet treats is upon us! We've got you covered with a number of great classes both online and in person. Check out classes coming up for the month of October!

Chicago Style Pizza Oct 3, 2021 @ 2pm PST

Learn the ins and outs of cast iron cooking as Chef Michele shows you how to create her signature deep dish pizza, you pick your toppings! You will also make a Pizzeria inspired salad with a homemade dressing and authentic tiramisu dessert cups to end your meal with.





Handmade Gnocchi

Gnocchi are yummy little pillows of heaven made from potatoes. The Italian version of a pasta-like dumpling. We'll make classic gnocchi with a roasted red tomato basil sauce along with a seasonal veggie side dish. This is a versatile dish for anytime of the year!




Cooking Methods: Chicken

In this class we will be making an appetizer, main dish and a side. For our appetizer we will be making a jam and goat cheese tapenade to grace the top of our toasted crostini. Next we will prep our fall inspired salad with homemade vinaigrette and then move onto the star of our meal; pan-roasted chicken in a delicious wine sauce.



Four Season's Cookies

Learn to create this set of 4 seasonal cookies. These cookies are perfect for gift giving. Michele's unique use of edible templates will help you create one cookie or multiple cookies all in uniform. This fun class will expose you too many different mediums like wafer paper, edible images, royal icing, cookie flooding, sugar layons, piping gel, color dusts, sprinkles and more.


Holiday Cake & Cookies

In this class you will be working with a number of mediums to create a beautiful holiday cake and cookie set. Mediums used in this class will include fondant, gelatin, wafer paper, piping gel and color dusts. We will also be introduced to new ways for speeding up production and decorating.




Fall Treat Bag & Cookies

Oct 23, 2021 @ 9am PST

In this class you will be working with a number of mediums to create a fun fall inspired 3D Edible Treat Bags and a set of fall cookies. Theses fun fall pieces can be used in cake, cookies and cupcakes. Mediums used in this class will include fondant, gelatin, wafer paper, piping gel and color dusts. We will also be exploring new ways for speeding up production/decorating.


Winter Poinsettia Cake

Oct 23, 2021 @ 1pm PST

In this class you will be working with edible wafer paper to create a winter poinsettia flower. We will be making a smaller 2 tiered version of the cake in the picture. Mediums used in this class will include wafer paper, piping gel and color dusts. You will also learn how to make your own edible confetti and how to paint on cake to create a blue metallic effect.



New Social Media Classes to help support your business!

Time is money and as with most small businesses your time is precious.Regardless of the type of business your run marketing plays a key role in ensuring your companies success. In this eight week class you will learn how to effectively streamline your social media marketing process. This is a hands-on, highly supportive class where you will collaborate with other small business owners in addition to 1:1 coaching sessions with your Instructor. By the end of this class you will be able to create an effective content calendar, generate quality content including focused hashtags and effective copy, create digital graphics with ease, and have a fully automated content posting process allowing you to spend more time on your craft. Each class session will be recorded so that you can refer back to it even after class has ended.


Are you a small business owner with social media accounts but feel overwhelmed when it comes to using them? Navigating between Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest to find the right fit for your needs can seem mind-boggling. We will focus primarily on Instagram and explore how your posts can be simultaneously leveraged with other platforms. We will discuss how to use social media in an effective, simplified manner to achieve your small business objectives. We will also touch on how to create consistency across your web and social media presence. This is a hybrid class partially meeting live via Zoom and partially self paced with 1:1’s also available on some class days during class hours for students.
