Grilled fresh peaches are the perfect side with pork or as a tasty treat.
One of my favorite fruits of summer are peaches.
I enjoy them sliced on top of oatmeal, or in cottage cheese, but I really love them with a good pork chop.
Sometimes I stuff the peaches with stuffing, but if I'm keeping it light I grill them up and drizzle them with honey or balsamic glaze. Just follow my super easy steps for grilling peaches on your barbecue. Make sure you have both glazes on hand!
Step 1: Slice your peaches in half and pit them. I like to sprinkle a dusting of granulated sugar on mine as it helps caramelize them on the grill.
Step 2: Spray your grill with a little non-stick spray and place your peaches cut side down on the grill.
Step 3: Let them grill for 5 or 6 mins and then flip them over and grill the other side.
Step 4: Drizzle with honey or balsamic glaze and enjoy them warm with a good pork chop and a salad. Yum!
