Are you ready to learn new culinary techniques?

Billie here with Epicurean Delights!

Have you ever taken a culinary cooking class and discovered that you weren’t cooking solo -- and with a complete stranger? I have and my experience with some of my co-cooks was, well, annoying.

There’s the couple who thought the food we prepped was their date night dinner. Seriously, a cooking class is not a full meal replacement – and you are supposed to share!

And then there’s the gal who took over the mixer in another class, which, by the way, turned in to an epic fail.

I prefer learning in a hands-on environment. There's no struggling with someone who doesn’t want to divvy up the different steps in the process or share the rewards of our efforts.

If you're looking for a hands-on experience, then you’ll want to take one of Michele’s classes.

First and foremost, Michele loves teaching. Her passion shines in each of her student's faces.

It’s important to her that everyone walk out of class feeling like they have learned something – and are proud of their results!
