I’ve never been a big beef person—it’s always been tough on my digestion. I used to treat myself to a burger or steak maybe twice a year. But after major surgery last year, I found out I can’t eat it anymore. 😢 I still cook it for my family and in my classes, but honestly, I’m glad I’ve discovered how much I love ground turkey!


I know turkey can get a bad rap for being bland, but trust me—when you season it right, it can absolutely be delicious for dinner.
