Recipe Ingredients:
1 box Manicotti Noodles
16 oz Ricotta Cheese
3 tsp of garlic paste
3 tablespoons slightly dried basil
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
2 large eggs
16 oz Raos marinara sauce
salt and pepper
Recipe Directions:
Cook manicotti in boiling water until al dente, about 10 minutes; drain and rinse with cold water.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Mix ricotta, garlic, 1/2 the mozzarella, 1/2 the Parmesan cheese, eggs, basil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined.
Pour 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce into an 11x17-inch baking dish. Stuff each manicotti shell with cheese mixture using a piping bag, and arrange over sauce. Pour remaining sauce over the top of the shells and sprinkle with remaining cheeses.
Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, about 45 minutes. Enjoy!
