Recipe Ingredients:
2 large vine-ripened tomatoes
8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
Fresh basil leaves
Salt
Fresh ground black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic glaze
Recipe Directions:
