Recipe Ingredients:

  • 2 large vine-ripened tomatoes

  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced

  • Fresh basil leaves

  • Salt

  • Fresh ground black pepper

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze

Recipe Directions:

  1. Slice the tomatoes into even rounds.

  2. Layer a tomato slice, a basil leaf, and a slice of mozzarella.

  3. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
