Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cup Bob’s Redmill, Unsweetened, Unsulfured coconut

Recipe Directions:

  1. In a blender place coconut and blend until finely blended. You can make this several days in advance and store it until ready to use. Note that we found freshly desiccated coconut makes a moister cake where pre-made days in advance or store bought desiccated coconut it will create a dryer crumb.
