Recipe Ingredients:
1 recipe of our compound tomato butter
Freshly grated Asiago and Parmesan Reggiano
One loaf of French, Italian or Sour Dough bread
Recipe Directions:
Follow directions for making our compound tomato butter recipe.
Cut bread into 2 halves.
Generously lather compound butter on each side of bread.
Sprinkle both halves with Asiago and Parmesan Reggiano cheese to your taste preference.
Bake at 375 degrees for 9-10 mins or until golden brown.
Remove from oven, slice and enjoy!
