Join us for a tart-making adventure! Master the art of creating delicious French fruit tarts with Pâte Sucrée. Discover the secrets to avoiding soggy crusts, crafting perfect jam fillings, and whipping up silky pastry cream. Chef Michele will guide you in arranging and glazing fruit for a stunning finish. Bon appétit! You will receive a class prep packet, recipes, and a video recording of the class. The class price is for two people attending from one kitchen; only one person is required to register and pay for the class.
